Plentiful breakfast with lots of good food. Good services, the free parking was available nearby.

It was a stunningly beautiful and nice hotel in a fairly nice area, so close to the main touristic attractions, walking distance to the ferry to get to Isla Mujeres, and the Isla Mujeres ferry. The service was exceptional and the staff were eager to help. Got complimentary concierge service, that was nice of them.

Big size & fairly clean hotel, good service, marvellous location by taxi from the airport. Updated brilliant rooms with terrace and kitchenette, for instance, helpful staff.

The outdoor pools warmed up beautifully at night.

Newly remodelled and elite room, besides I had a beautiful view of the beach as well as the lagoon.

They don't provide invoices, illegal!!! Limited electrical outlets and no USB ports in the room!!! The outdoor restaurant contributes excessively loud music during morning hours!!! Customer service feels disconnected from guest needs!!!

Spacious room, comfortable poolside, great beach access, with excellent hot water supply and friendly cleaning service, made our stay pleasant.

The room, a Melia Room Ocean View, was spacious and clean, with a fine view of the beach. The staff were really attentive, made a big difference. I loved the Mexican breakfast at Cape Nao. The options were delicious, especially the salmon omelet and churros. I also appreciated the well-maintained beach area that had soft white sand. That spot was perfect. There were some issues I faced. The water park wasn't yet available, disappointing because my kids were looking forward to it. Service at some of the buffet meals was hit or miss. There were times when I felt neglected while waiting for food. Another downside was the concerning lack of electrical outlets in the room. I had to crawl under furniture to find a spot to charge devices.

Wonderful beach and spacious rooms, but breakfast mess on last day was frustrating.

The beach impressed us with its pristine white sand, and the variety of dining options was so good. Minor issues with room decor didn't overshadow the fantastic service we experienced throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic family getaway at this hotel! The huge, well-equipped suite featured a amazing view of the lagoon and the sea. My kids loved the clean beach and the two heated pools, a fun experience for everyone, including our pets.

In my wife's opinion, the check-in process for large families could be smoother.

It was just an ideal choice for a weekend respite in Cancun with value for price. The heated pool was AMAZING and the staff was super attentive at the beach and poolside. Try to rent a car for day trips to nearby places.
